Key Responsibilities:
Consult with Clients: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and goals, ensuring that every trip is tailored to their unique desires.
Research & Recommend: Explore and suggest exciting travel destinations, top-notch accommodations, and activities that best match the client's interests and budget.
Book Travel Services: Secure flights, hotels, rental cars, and other necessary travel services, making sure all details are organized and accurate.
Provide Itineraries & Support: Create customized itineraries, offer travel tips, and ensure clients have all the essential documents they need for a smooth journey.
Problem Solving: Handle any travel-related inquiries or challenges that arise, providing quick and effective solutions.
Stay Informed: Keep up with the latest travel trends, regulations, and destination updates to offer the best advice to clients.
Client Relationships: Build lasting connections with clients by delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
While previous experience as a travel agent or in a related role is a plus, it's not required. We're looking for someone eager to learn!
Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations is helpful.
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service and building rapport.
Comfortable using online tools and resources for research and bookings.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Capable of working independently while juggling multiple tasks efficiently.
