Job Description

SUMMARY : Provide high level LMS support for a global training organization by utilizing excellent communication, organizational, administrative, customer service, and critical thinking skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following tasks. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Support LMS Administration tasks including but not limited to:
  • Configuration of LMS attestations
  • Course uploads
  • Configuration of LMS audiences
  • Update audiences to reflect approved requirements
  • Create notifications
  • Archiving of LMS activities
  • Manage LMS rosters/completions
  • Ad-hoc configuration requests
  • Ad-hoc reporting requests
  • Build ILT and VILT Courses
  • Learner and course removals
  • Course content updates
  • General LMS Maintenance
  • Work with various business groups to gather requirements for activity launches and assignments.
  • Upload and test SCORM packages and PDF documents
  • Work with client design team to test and resolve any courseware issues
  • Track assigned work using Confluence
  • Attend regular meetings with client team to discuss open issues and priorities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in adult learning, human resources, instructional design, instructional technology, organizational development, business administration or other related field preferred.
  • Strong Learning management system (LMS) expertise; (SumTotal/Cornerstone) required
  • Deep understanding of SumTotal standards and functionality
  • Project management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Products: Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams

  • Ability to think critically and communicate effectively with a global audience
