NDCPD at Minot State University is recruiting applicants to serve as a REGIONAL HOUSING FACILIATOR in the Bismarck, ND region for the Money Follows the Person (MFP) Project. Position Requirements
A bachelor's degree with a major in Business or Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related business field or Social Work or related behavioral science is preferred, other degrees will be considered. Applicants must have 1-year related work experience. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in affordable housing development, city planning, multifamily property management, single-family real estate development, and commercial and real estate. Or banking/lending-specific work experience as described above may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis. In addition, the chosen candidate must successfully complete a criminal background check.
