Job Description

Regional Director of Sales & Marketing Location Los Angeles, CA (Downtown area) : Proper Hospitality is seeking a Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to oversee the sales and marketing strategies for two Los Angeles-based luxury hotels within our portfolio. As the Regional Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue-generating initiatives, driving brand awareness and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction levels. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share for both properties
  • Identify target markets, market segments and key accounts, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Lead a high-performing sales team and provide coaching and guidance to achieve sales targets
Marketing Strategy
  • Create and execute innovative marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive demand
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to maintain brand consistency and ensure alignment with the company's overall marketing goals
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns
Revenue Management
  • Utilize revenue management techniques to optimize pricing, inventory and distribution across all distribution channels
  • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth
  • Work closely with the Revenue Management team to achieve revenue and profit goals
Guest Satisfaction and Service Excellence
  • Maintain and enhance the reputation of both hotels by ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, addressing any concerns and continuously improving service quality
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to uphold high standards of service and guest satisfaction
Reporting and Analysis
  • Generate regular reports and analytics to track sales and marketing performance
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed
  • Provide executive-level reporting to senior management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the luxury hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM and revenue management software
  • Knowledge of the Los Angeles luxury hotel market is a plus
