Role: Payroll Manager

We are looking for a Payroll Manager on a direct-hire basis.
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting, calculating and inputting payroll data for all employees.
· Ensure accuracy and compliance with application laws, regulations and company policies while processing payroll.
· Manage direct and/or indirect reports and oversee responsibilities for the team.
· Work with HRIS Administrator to maintain payroll systems, ensure data integrity and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
· Collaborate with HR, finance and other departments to gather and validate payroll information, such as new hires, terminations, promotions and salary changes.
· Monitor and resolve payroll discrepancies, investigating and resolving issues promptly and accurately.
· Monitor payroll related interfaces from Dayforce and/or data warehouse to third parties.
· Generate payroll reports, including tax filing, benefits, deductions and other required reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, providing exceptional customer service and support.
· Maintain confidentiality and data security standards for all payroll-related information.
· Stay updated on payroll regulations, and industry trends, implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance and best practice
Requirements:
· Must know how to manage end-to-end payroll process
·5+ years of management experience
· Multi-state payroll experience – must understand state/property tax laws
· Tax reporting
