Actalent is actively hiring for an Onboarding Specialist in the Fort Worth area! Description Coordinate candidate interview scheduling and in-office or virtual candidate interviews with hiring managers, overall back-ground check process responsibility to include the US and Canada, assist with requisition process, pre-screening candidates, support Power Automate candidate tracking processes, Assisting the Talent Acquisition team in the maintenance of all pre-hire employee personnel files and records ensuring timely and accurate data entry for applicant tracking and audits. Creating and distributing employment-related correspondence, including interview scheduling, applications, forms, offer letters, travel reimbursement and orientation materials; initiating and monitoring back-ground screening and medical processes. Interaction with team: Daily interactions with TA team and HR team, additional meetings via Teams and email with TA team members, hiring managers and support teams, and HRBPs both in the US and Canada (15%), Bi-weekly report outs. Ability to complete tasks on time as per defined Service Level Agreements (SLA's). Self motivated, an excellent team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. College or university degree and/or equivalent experience 5-7 year of recruitment/human resources job related experience and volume hiring experience and managing a delivery organization with 5 or more resources will be a definite advantage.
