Job Description

We are seeking an individual with a high level of professionalism and effective decision-making to be a Night Auditor, responsibilities include checking guests in, handling inquires about the property and reservations, reconciles all accounts and end of business day tasks. This position is from 11pm to 7am. You will be working with a security, night janitorial and at times lounge or kitchen staff. Applicant must have strong interpersonal, administrative and computer skills. This position is for 16 to 24 hours per week, however there is opportunity for full time hours if interested. Key Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Successful history as a front desk agent/night auditor or related customer service experience.
• Advanced math skills, general understanding of accounting procedures.
• Computer and basic office product skills a must
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Reliable transportation this shift is overnight hours
• Task-driven individual who is able to focus on the guest, ensuring complete satisfaction with each transaction/interaction.
• Ability to maintain a composed, gracious and professional attitude.

• Reconciles all accounts, balances credit card receipts, and make necessary corrections as needed.
• Accommodate and anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and professionally.
• Complete verification of all postings in the PMS system to ensure accurate billing.
• Process and collect payments, accurately adhering to all cashier procedures.
• Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
• Communicate with security, janitorial and lounge employees via radios.
• May need to lift 10 to 30 lbs and stand for long periods of time
