Job Description

Job Title : NetSuite ERP Specialist (US Citizens Only)

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities :

Configure and manage NetSuite ERP system ensuring it meets business needs and industry best practices.
Customize NetSuite modules (e.g. Financials Inventory Order Management CRM) to align with business requirements.
Manage and implement integrations between NetSuite and other business systems ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
Provide ongoing support and training to endusers troubleshoot issues and resolve systemrelated problems.
Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to support decisionmaking and monitor system performance.
Ensure timely application of system updates patches and new features to maintain optimal performance.
Conduct system testing for new configurations and integrations documenting all customizations processes and procedures.
Work with business stakeholders to identify areas for process improvements and suggest actionable solutions through NetSuite.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or related field.
Proven experience working with NetSuite ERP including system administration configuration and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials CRM Inventory Order Management and SuiteAnalytics.
Proficiency in SuiteScript SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder for customizations.
Experience with NetSuite integrations using APIs or thirdparty tools.
Strong analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
