Job Description

This role will support the Director of Marketing to create and execute marketing strategies to drive new guest acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value across our hotels, spas and F&B. This includes Longfellow Hotel, Twinflower Café, Astraea Spa, Five of Clubs, The Francis Hotel, The Colonial Inn, The Admiral’s Inn, The Helm and Sailaway Spa. The ideal candidate will provide conceptual and strategic thinking and planning, conduct and analyze market research and data, create content for all channels and continue to strengthen the independent brands in our portfolio. Our ideal candidate is an energetic marketing professional who thrives on creativity and strategic planning. This job will involve:

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
  • Media buying experience, both traditional and digital
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and achieve deadlines
  • Prior hotel/hospitality industry experience a plus
  • Graphic design experience a huge plus
  • Photography experience a plus
This is a great opportunity to join a small and growing company. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing. We are ideally looking for someone who can work full-time in Portland, Maine but we are also open to remote work from New England for the right candidate. Perks & Benefits:
