Are you a creative marketing professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our brand awareness and lead generation initiatives. This role offers the chance to shape and implement innovative marketing strategies across multiple markets, focusing on new business acquisition and cross-selling opportunities.
While remote work is an option, we prefer candidates based in the Atlanta or Detroit areas for occasional in-person collaboration and networking events.
As a Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Developing Marketing Plans: Partner with the VP of Marketing and Market Leaders to craft annual marketing strategies and campaign plans (both inbound and outbound) that align with our goals for lead generation and brand awareness.
Planning Execution and Management: Work closely with team members and partner agencies responsible for marketing operations—including content creation, SEO, advertising, email marketing, branding, and social media—to ensure the successful execution and management of approved marketing plans and campaigns.
Managing Budgets: Allocate resources, track spending, and ensure campaigns remain within budget while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Ensuring Marketing Compliance: Oversee that marketing efforts adhere to relevant laws and regulations, including SPAM, GDPR, and the protection of private customer information.
Conducting Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in marketing—including AI technologies—to continuously refine and enhance marketing strategies.
Reviewing Plan Success: Regularly analyze metrics and reports for all marketing campaigns, assess performance against ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborate with the VP of Marketing and Market Leaders to optimize channels or adjust plans as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess:
5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably targeting medium to mid-market clients.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Knowledge of both inbound and outbound marketing strategies, with a strong focus on successful inbound lead generation.
Creative skills in identifying target audiences and crafting engaging digital campaigns throughout the customer journey.
A positive, self-starter attitude, along with the ability to drive progress independently and build strong relationships within a team.
Strong analytical skills to transform ideas into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience optimizing lead generation and sales funnels, including analyzing drop-off points and developing effective solutions.
Background in B2B services marketing.
Proficiency in marketing research and analysis.
Familiarity with HubSpot Sales and Marketing hubs.
