GP Strategies Corporation is seeking a SumTotal LMS Administrator. This is a full-time, benefitted, fully remote position.

SUMMARY: Provide high level LMS support for a global training organization by utilizing excellent communication, organizational, administrative, customer service, and critical thinking skills. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following tasks. Other duties may be assigned.

·Support LMS Administration tasks including but not limited to the following:

oConfiguration of LMS attestations

oCourse uploads

oConfiguration of LMS audiences

oUpdate audiences to reflect approved requirements

oCreate notifications

oArchiving of LMS activities

oManage LMS rosters/completions

oAd-hoc configuration requests

oAd-hoc reporting requests

oBuild ILT and VILT Courses

oLearner and course removals

oCourse content updates

oGeneral LMS Maintenance

·Work with various business groups to gather requirements for activity launches and assignments.

·Upload and test SCORM packages and PDF documents

·Work with client design team to test and resolve any courseware issues

·Track assigned work using Confluence

·Attend regular meetings with client team to discuss open issues and priorities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·Bachelor's degree in adult learning, human resources, instructional design, instructional technology, organizational development, business administration or other related field preferred.

·Strong Learning management system (LMS) expertise; (SumTotal/Cornerstone) required

·Deep understanding of SumTotal standards and functionality

·Project management skills

·Proficiency in MS Products:Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams

·Customer service, relationships building, quality, and continuous improvement

·Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.

·Ability to work independently and in a team setting, while managing competing priorities.

·Superior communication skills (written, virtual and in person) with the ability to interact with customers at all levels.

·Detail orientated individual that can document and track very involved requests for training management coordination activities

·Strong interpersonal skills including flexibility and ability to work in a (matrix) team environment

·Ability to think critically and communicate effectively with a global audience
