As a Growth Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth while working closely with the leadership team, including the Head of Product, CEO, and other key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute growth strategies to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives across the funnel.
Optimize the revenue funnel by applying strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and upselling.
Leverage data-driven decision-making to identify product improvement opportunities and boost performance.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and success in achieving growth goals.
Required Skills:

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize outcomes.
Creative problem-solving skills to identify new growth opportunities and test innovative strategies.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in growth product management within consumer subscription-based startups or similar industries.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and teams around growth goals.
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and learn the intricacies of what drives success.
