Key Responsibilities: 

• Event Access Control : Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel and guests gain entry to the event venue.
• Crowd Management : Oversee and manage crowds to maintain order, prevent disruptions, and ensure a safe environment for all attendees.
• VIP Escort and Support : We provide security support for executives and VIPs, ensuring their safe escort throughout the event and assisting with logistical needs.
• Patrol and Monitoring : Regularly patrol the event area to identify and proactively mitigate potential security risks or hazards.
• Incident Response : Respond promptly to security incidents, escalating situations to law enforcement or venue management when necessary.
• Communication and Reporting : Communicate clearly with the security team and event staff, document incidents, and generate detailed reports.
• Emergency Preparedness : To ensure the safety of all attendees assist in implementing emergency procedures for fire, medical, or security incidents.
• Professional Representation : Serve as a professional, approachable presence, upholding a high standard of customer service while ensuring safety and security.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience : Minimum of 4 years in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, personal security, or event security roles.
• Licenses and Certifications :
  • Armed Guard Registration Card (Tennessee)
  • General Security Guard Training Certificate (4 hours)
  • Fingerprint Submission Confirmation (TBI and FBI)
  • Background Check Clearance (TBI and FBI) 
  • First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification for Adults, Children, and Infants
  • Refresher Training Certificate (4 hours, Biennial)
• Situational Awareness : Strong ability to identify potential security risks and respond proactively.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for professionally interacting with clients, guests, and team members.
• Conflict Resolution and De-escalation : Proficiency in resolving conflicts, focusing on emotional intelligence, and maintaining composure in high-stress situations.
• Risk and Threat Management : Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, and defensive tactics.
• Physical and Mental Readiness : High physical fitness, mental resilience, and strong decision-making skills under pressure.
• Report Documentation : Skilled in creating thorough, accurate reports to document incidents, observations, and activities.
• Teamwork and Independence : Works effectively in team environments and can manage responsibilities independently without supervision.

• Executive Security Experience : Proven experience providing security for executives and VIPs, focusing on discretion, safety, and logistical support.
• Client-centric mindset : A commitment to delivering discreet, high-quality service tailored to each client's unique needs and expectations.
• Advanced Tactical Training : Proficiency in defensive driving, Close Quarters Battle (CQB), and operating effectively in high-threat environments.
• Crisis Management : Ability to lead during emergencies, providing clear direction to clients and team members to ensure safety and effective resolution.
• Emotional Intelligence : Formal training in emotional intelligence to handle high-stress situations with empathy, composure, and effective communication.
• Advanced Medical Training : Certification in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) or Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) to manage on-site medical emergencies and prioritize client safety.
• Unarmed Combat Proficiency : Expertise in self-defense and unarmed combat techniques for effectively handling conflicts in close quarters or when disarmed.
