Job Description

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a dedicated Employee Health Nurse to join our healthcare organization committed to community well-being. Our motto is "All of us, for each of you, every time."

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Current RN license in the state of Washington required.
  • Three years of experience in Employee Health preferred.

Hours and Compensation:

  • Full-time position; day shift starting at 6 AM.
  • Salary range: $45.68 - $61.48 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance up to $5,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive employee and occupational health services across all healthcare locations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
  • Implement and manage employee safety and wellness programs.
  • Educate and guide employees on health matters.
  • Maintain accurate health records and manage employee health programs.
  • Administer immunizations and manage necessary supplies.
  • Update health and safety procedures and policies as needed.
  • Monitor data for state and federal reporting.
  • Follow up on employee injuries and exposures, providing recommendations for prevention.
  • Support the development of strategies to enhance employee productivity and safety.
  • Assist Human Resources with ADA-related discussions and recommendations.
  • Serve as a resource for management, staff, and providers on health and safety issues.
  • Adhere to safe work practices and organizational policies.
